These terms and conditions ("Agreement") outline the terms under which radio advertising services are provided by "Jamnagar Guide," hereinafter referred to as the "Company," to clients, hereinafter referred to as the "Advertiser." By engaging in radio advertising services provided by the Company, the Advertiser agrees to adhere to the following terms and conditions:
The Company agrees to provide radio advertising services to the Advertiser, which may include the creation, production, and broadcasting of radio commercials on selected radio stations.
The Advertiser must provide all necessary materials for the radio advertisement, including audio files, scripts, and any other required content, in a format specified by the Company. Any delays in submitting materials may result in a delay in the campaign launch.
The Advertiser shall review and approve all advertising content before it is broadcasted. The Company will allow reasonable revisions to ensure accuracy and alignment with the Advertiser's goals. However, major revisions may result in additional costs and delays.
The Advertiser shall pay the Company the agreed-upon fees for the radio advertising services. Payment terms, including due dates and methods of payment, will be outlined in the invoice provided by the Company.
Cancellation or rescheduling of the radio advertising campaign must be communicated in writing to the Company within a specified notice period. Cancellation fees may apply if cancellation occurs after a certain point in the production process.
The Company will strive to schedule the radio advertisements as agreed upon. However, scheduling may be subject to availability and the discretion of the selected radio stations.
The Advertiser is responsible for ensuring that the content of the radio advertisement complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. The Company reserves the right to reject content that is deemed inappropriate or illegal.
The Advertiser represents that it holds the necessary rights and licenses for any content provided for the advertisement. The Company retains the right to use the advertisement for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
While the Company will make reasonable efforts to achieve the desired results, it does not guarantee specific outcomes from the radio advertising campaign.
Both parties agree to keep any confidential information shared during the course of this agreement confidential and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.
The Advertiser agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from the content or distribution of the radio advertisement.
Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice in the event of a material breach by the other party. Any unpaid fees or costs incurred up to the termination date shall remain payable.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Company is located.
By engaging in radio advertising services provided by "Jamnagar Guide," the Advertiser acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to the above terms and conditions.
